We are delighted to invite you to this year’s school production of ‘Annie Jr’. ‘Annie’ is an absolute classic and this junior version does not disappoint. It contains all of the old favourites such as ‘Maybe’, ‘Tomorrow’, ‘You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile’ and, of course, ‘Hard Knock Life’!

With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

The production will be performed by students from Years 7 to 13 and will take place on Wednesday, February 12th and Thursday, February 13th in the main school hall, starting at 6:30pm. Refreshments will be sold on both evenings before the show as there will not be an interval. The doors will open at approximately 6:10pm. Those students involved on stage and behind the scenes have been working extremely hard and hope that you will be able to join them on one of the evenings.
