Excitement was in the air as 44 students and 6 staff from MGGS embarked on a  4,530 mile 10-day expedition to Nepal this Wednesday!  MGGS last visited Nepal in 2023 (pictured) and this trip has become the crème de la crème of Sixth Form trips!

Their adventure includes exploring ancient temples, trekking through the breathtaking Annapurna Mountain Range, and visiting our partner school, Shree Himalaya Milan Secondary School.  There, they’ll be laying carpets in classrooms and distributing donations generously collected by the MGGS community.  The students will be divided into two teams, each experiencing the rich culture, delicious food, and stunning landscapes that Nepal has to offer.  We know they will demonstrate incredible resilience as they adapt to new situations and environments.  This trip promises to be an inspiring experience, and we are incredibly proud of the students already! We anticipate them rising to the challenges ahead, supporting one another unconditionally, and achieving remarkable personal growth throughout their journey.
