I am delighted to announce our Year 5 11+ Open Mornings.

Physical Tours of MGGS NOW Available

It gives MGGS real pleasure to invite you to book one of our open morning tours in Summer 2021 for entry into MGGS September 2022. This is an opportunity to have a tour of MGGS, to visit our beautiful site and to see our school and students in action.

For this to happen please ensure you make a booking on one of the following dates by completing the booking form.

• Monday, 5th July 2021 between 9.05am – 11.05am

• Tuesday, 6th July 2021 between 9.05am – 11.05am

• Wednesday, 7th July 2021 between 9.05am – 11.05am

Please note that all bookings are available for one student accompanied by one parent/carer only, due to Covid 19 restrictions – specific times will be allocated for each tour.

If a parent/carer is bringing their own daughter and wishes to bring another Year 5 child along, their booking will be given priority.

Covid 19 & Tours

To ensure the safety of both yourself and your daughter as well as that of our students you will be required to wear face coverings. We would also ask that you only arrive at your appointed time, not in advance, for us to control the visits appropriately.

We hope that the videos give you a good understanding of MGGS, its ethos and the quality of education we provide. You are encouraged to view our virtual tours and information videos on our website, with your daughter, prior to booking a tour, to get a full picture of what MGGS has to offer. Our student guide will be happy to answer further questions you may have.

Year 5 Students: 11+ Exam Online Sessions…

Open Events 11+ 

For those parents/carers who book our Year 5 11+ Open Mornings, we will also be offering online sessions to help prepare for the 11+ test. You will be invited, as will all Kent Primary Schools, to view these during a limited period, although some schools may decide to view these sessions live during their school day.

Sessions will cover:

• Non Verbal Reasoning

• Verbal Reasoning

• Thinking Skills

There is no need to book these sessions as we will forward you the link along with the booking confirmation for your Open Morning tour.
