Congratulations to Fiyin, in Year 9, who has created the attached design which, with Mrs Price’s help, will be used to create badges for all our Diversity Ambassadors.

We are continuing to raise awareness about all aspects of diversity to encourage our school community to be inclusive and respectful of individualities.

This week we have celebrated February as being LGBTQ+ History Month.

8th March will be International Womens’ Day which will be celebrated as part of STEM week. 

1st March is Zero Discrimination Day (logo attached) – this will form part of assemblies and tutor activities during the week commencing 21st March. For that purpose, our Diversity Ambassadors are creating resources to discuss various aspects of discrimination and to engage in healthy discussions with their peers.
